As Senior Director of Marketing, I proofread and edited all press releases and media alerts, crafted copy for noteworthy stories, and served as the primary point of contact for all media and public relations. My goal was to ensure our media outreach was not only timely but compelling.

I wrote this brand video script during a fever dream on a drive from Columbus to Louisville. My team and I rallied with our creative partner Drew Collins to successfully execute a great fall campaign. We were able to deliver a campaign that effectively captured our brand's unique inclusive message.

Planning & Proposals
RFP - Osiyo
During the pandemic, Ghost Label prioritized creating proposals for RFPs, with a strong focus on detailed and well-designed presentations. We took pride in our approach to crafting compelling content and visual elements to enhance our proposals.
Shoot Book - Answers in Genisis
Creating a shoot book is a critical aspect of video production. By aligning all stakeholders with a single vision, it streamlines the pre-production process, ensuring a smooth and efficient production. With meticulous attention to detail, the shoot book guarantees top-notch quality and instills confidence in the team.
Right to Bear
Ghost Label frequently receives direct bids from media outlets for TV concepts. Our team has developed a methodology for writing treatments and sample scripts to align the agency, client, and media production team, which is showcased in this PDF. It serves as the initial step in our creative process.
Board Presentation - Spalding University
I wrote quarterly proposals for Spalding University's leadership and board of trustees in my role as Senior Director of Marketing. This presentation outlined my vision for restructuring the marketing department and our goals for the next 12 months.
CREATIVE WRITING
The Hanover Incident
A thrilling short film follows a dysfunctional family who live on a farm in rural Ohio. Suddenly, a meteor crashes onto their property, bringing an alien invader. The family quickly realizes that their home and lives are in danger and must unite and use all of their resources to fight off the extraterrestrial threat.
Unstuck
This experimental short film pays homage to Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse-Five" and explores the concept of memory and time. The story follows a soldier fighting for his life while reflecting on his past. The screenplay format is intentionally used to reinforce thematic elements for the reader.
Tears of Stone
This screenplay adaptation is a collaboration between writer Joey Pizzolato and me. It is based on the short story "Tears of Stone" by Avraham Daniels. I created the early rough draft to expand on the Holocaust survival story, and Joey and I collaborated to create a modern storyline that he completed in the screenplay. This tragic story is about loss and pain.
The Lost Colony
This TV pilot screenplay tells the story of the mysterious disappearance of the lost colony of Roanoke through the lens of magical realism. It explores the themes of exploration, survival, and family, focusing on both the native inhabitants of the island and the European colonists, including notable historical figures such as Sir Francis Drake.
